How long does it take?

Most drapery orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks. We email you a confirmed ship date once your order is in production.

Can I order a swatch first?

Yes. Order up to 5 free fabric swatches before you commit to a full order.

What if my measurements are off?

If we made the mistake, we remake the piece at no charge. If you made the mistake, we remake it at 50 percent of the original cost.

Do you offer measuring and installation?

Yes. Free in-home measuring and white-glove installation in select cities. For everywhere else, our step-by-step measuring guide and installation video walk you through it in under an hour per window.
