Careers
At Everhem, we create spaces that feel like home. We’re here to change the way people think about custom window treatments - as an essential part of design, rather than an afterthought or a purely functional layer. Everything we create is made to measure and manufactured in the U.S. We’re a small team, so everyone has a hand in shaping the work and sees the difference their contribution makes.

Operations Manager
Reports to: Head of Revenue
Hours: Full-time
Compensation: $85,000 annually, DOE
Location: Hybrid schedule, Los Angeles based
The role
Everhem creates design-driven custom window treatments, and the customer experience depends on hundreds of details coming together correctly. The Operations Manager makes that happen every day.
This role owns the path from an approved order through production, delivery, and installation. You will keep work moving across account managers, the product team, workrooms, vendors, installers, and the three team members responsible for customer and trade communication. When a specification is unclear, a material is delayed, or an installation needs attention, you will establish the next step, assign ownership, and make sure the customer-facing team has an accurate update.
This is a hands-on management role. Success requires strong project management, careful follow-through, clear processes, and the judgment to resolve issues before they become customer problems.
What you’ll own
Production and order execution
Vendors, quality, and resolution
Inventory forecasting and management
Team and cross-functional coordination
Systems, processes, and AI
What we’re looking for
What success looks like
Orders move into production accurately and on time. The team can see where every order stands and knows what to tell customers and trade partners. Vendors have the information they need to execute. Delays and mistakes are addressed quickly, with fewer repeat issues over time. New products launch with production processes ready. As Everhem grows, the operation becomes more reliable and efficient without losing the care that defines our customer experience.
